Strengthens immune system
Excellent product. I usually get sick with the flu or a cold easily. However, since I began taking this supplement, I can feel my immune system getting stronger. It was recommended for my PCOS. Recently, when I felt flu symptoms, including a sore throat, I doubled up that day, and by the next morning, the symptoms were gone. That never happens for me. I highly recommend it.
